18: And Jehoash king of Judah took all the hallowed things that Jehoshaphat, and Jehoram, and Ahaziah, his fathers, kings of Judah, had dedicated, and his own hallowed things, and all the
gold that was found in the treasures of the house of the LORD,
and in the king's house, and sent it to Hazael king of Syria:
and he went away from Jerusalem.
18: Wherefore Joas, king of Juda, took all the sanctified things,
which Josaphat, and Joram, and Ochozias, his fathers, the kings of Juda,
had dedicated to holy uses, and which he himself had offered: and all
the silver that could be found in the treasures of the temple of the
Lord, and in the king's palace: and sent it to Hazael, king of Syria,
and he went off from Jerusalem.
18: And Joas king of Juda took all the holy things which Josaphat, and Joram, Ochozias, his fathers, and kings of Juda [had] consecrated, and what he had himself dedicated, and all the gold that was found in the treasures of the Lord's house and the king's house, and he sent [them] to Azael king of Syria; and he went up from Jerusalem.
