2 Samuel Chapter 18, Verse 3
From BibleWiki
3: But the people answered, Thou shalt not go forth: for if we
flee away, they will not care for us; neither if half of us
die, will they care for us: but now thou art worth ten
thousand of us: therefore now it is better that thou succour
us out of the city.
3: And the people answered: Thou shalt not go forth: for if we flee
away, they will not much mind us: or if half of us should fall, they
will not greatly care: for thou alone art accounted for ten thousand: it
is better therefore that thou shouldst be in the city to succour us.
3: And they said, Thou shalt not go out: for if we should indeed flee, they will not care for us; and if half of us should die, they will not mind us; for thou [art] as ten thousand of us: and now [it is] well that thou shalt be to us an aid to help us in the city.
