2 Timothy Chapter 2, Verse 1

1: συ ουν τεκνον μου ενδυναμου εν τη χαριτι τη εν χριστω ιησου
1: Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in
Christ Jesus.
1: Thou therefore, my son, be strong in Christ Jesus:
Thou therefore. In view of the fact stated in the previous chapter, that many had turned away from the apostle, and had forsaken the paths of truth.
Be strong in the grace which is in Christ Jesus. Comp. "Eph 6:10".
The meaning is, Be strong, relying on the grace which Jesus only can impart.
