Meaning: brother of pleasantness - pleasant
- The daughter of Ahimaaz, and wife of Saul (1Sam 14:50).
- A Jezreelitess, the first wife of David (1Sam 25:43; 1Sam 27:3). She was the mother of Amnon (2 Sam 3:2). (See 1Sam 30:5, 1Sam 30:18; 2 Sam 2:2.)
