To add a Genealogy infobox to a Biblical Character (such as that for Adam), you should add the following code to the top of the page for that person:

{{genealogy|
   Father = - |
   Mother = - |
   Married = [[Eve]] |
   Children = [[Cain]], [[Abel]], [[Seth]] |
 | }}

(Obviously, you should change the text to be correct for that person!)

This will not only create the infobox, but will add that person into the Biblical Characters Category. (You shouldn't add anyone directly to that category. Those without an infobox should be marked with {{person}} which will add them to the Bible Person Category instead - making it easier to see which ones need to have this genealogical information added.
