Deuteronomy Chapter 1, Verse 39

39: Moreover your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, and
your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good
and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them will I give
it, and they shall possess it.
39: Your children, of whom you said that they should be led away
captives, and your sons who know not this day the difference of good and
evil, they shall go in: and to them I will give the land, and they shall
possess it.
39: And every young child who this day knows not good or evil,-- they shall enter therein, and to them I will give it, and they shall inherit it.
