13: Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the
guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with
thee.

innocent blood out of Israel, that it may be well with thee.
13: Thine eye shall not spare him; so shalt thou purge innocent blood from Israel, and it shall be well with thee.
