Deuteronomy Chapter 25, Verse 1

1: If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto
judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall
justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.
1: If there be a controversy between men, and they call upon the
judges: they shall give the prize of justice to him whom they perceive
to be just: and him whom they find to be wicked, they shall condemn of
wickedness.
1: And if there should be a dispute between men, and they should come forward to judgment, and [the judges] judge, and justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked:
