Deuteronomy Chapter 33, Verse 27

27: The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the
everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from
before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
27: His dwelling is above, and underneath are the everlasting arms:
he shall cast out the enemy from before thee, and shall say: Be thou
brought to nought.
27: And the rule of God shall protect thee, and [that] under the strength of the everlasting arms; and he shall cast forth the enemy from before thy face, saying, Perish.
