Esther Chapter 9, Verse 31

31: To confirm these days of Purim in their times appointed,
according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had
enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for
their seed, the matters of the fastings and their cry.
31: And observe the days of lots, and celebrate them with joy in their
proper time: as Mardochai and Esther had appointed, and they undertook
them to be observed by themselves and by their seed, fasts, and cries,
and the days of lots,
31: And Mardochaeus and Esther the queen appointed [a fast] for themselves privately, even at that time also having formed their plan against their own health.
