Exodus Chapter 22, Verse 15

15: But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it
good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.
15: But if the owner be present, he shall not make restitution,
especially if it were hired, and came for the hire of his work.
15: But if the owner be with it, he shall not make compensation: but if it be a hired thing, there shall be [a compensation] to him instead of his hire.
