Exodus Chapter 36, Verse 29

29: And they were coupled beneath, and coupled together at the
head thereof, to one ring: thus he did to both of them in both
the corners.
29: Which were also joined from beneath unto the top, and went
together into one joint. Thus he did on both sides at the corners:
29: And he fastened the oracle by the rings that were on it to the rings of the ephod, which were fastened with [a string] of blue, joined together with the woven work of the ephod; that the oracle should not be loosed from the ephod, as the Lord commanded Moses.
