Ezra Chapter 1, Verse 4

4: And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let
the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and
with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for
the house of God that is in Jerusalem.
4: And let all the rest in all places wheresoever they dwell, help him
every man from his place, with silver and gold, and goods, and cattle,
besides that which they offer freely to the temple of God, which is in
Jerusalem.
4: And [let] every [Jew] that is left [go] from every place where he sojourns, and the men of his place shall help him with silver, and gold, and goods, and cattle, together with the voluntary offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem.
