Isaiah Chapter 14, Verse 6

6: He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he
that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none
hindereth.
6: That struck the people in wrath with an incurable wound, that
brought nations under in fury, that persecuted in a cruel manner.
6: Having smitten a nation in wrath, with an incurable plague, smiting a nation with a wrathful plague, which spared [them] not, he rested in quiet.
