Isaiah Chapter 26, Verse 9

9: With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my
spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy
judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will
learn righteousness.
9: My soul hath desired thee in the night: yea, and with my spirit
within me in the morning early I will watch to thee. When thou shalt do
thy judgments on the earth, the inhabitants of the world shall learn
justice.
9: which our soul longs for: my spirit seeks thee very early in the morning, O God, for thy commandments are a light on the earth: learn righteousness, ye that dwell upon the earth.
