19: From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for
morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night:
and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.
19: Whensoever it shall pass through, it shall take you away: because
in the morning early it shall pass through, in the day and in the night,
and vexation alone shall make you understand what you hear.
19: Whenever it shall pass by, it shall take you; morning by morning it shall pass by in the day, and in the night there shall be an evil hope. Learn to hear,
