Isaiah Chapter 59, Verse 19

19: So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his
glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in
like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard
against him.
19: And they from the west, shall fear the name of the Lord: and they
from the rising of the sun, his glory when he shall come as a violent
stream, which the spirit of the Lord driveth on:
19: So shall they of the west fear the name of the Lord, and they [that come] from the rising of the sun his glorious name: for the wrath of the Lord shall come as a mighty river, it shall come with fury.
