16: He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well
with him: was not this to know me? saith the LORD.

it not therefore because he knew me, saith the Lord?
16: They understood not, they judged not the cause of the afflicted, nor the cause of the poor: is not this thy not knowing me? saith the Lord.
