Jeremiah Chapter 23, Verse 20

20: The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have
executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his
heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.
20: The wrath of the Lord shall not return till he execute it, and
till he accomplish the thought of his heart: in the latter days you
shall understand his counsel.
20: And the Lord's wrath shall return no more, until he have accomplished it, and until he have established it, according to the purpose of his heart: at the end of the days they shall understand it.
