Jeremiah Chapter 27, Verse 5

5: I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the
ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have
given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me.
5: I made the earth, and the men and the beasts that are upon the
face of the earth, by my great power, and by my stretched out arm: and I
have given it to whom it seemed good in my eyes.
5: I have made the earth by my great power, and with my high arm, and I will give it to whomsoever it shall seem [good] in mine eyes.
