Jeremiah Chapter 9, Verse 12

12: Who is the wise man, that may understand this? and who is he
to whom the mouth of the LORD hath spoken, that he may declare
it, for what the land perisheth and is burned up like a
wilderness, that none passeth through?
12: Who is the wise man, that may understand this, and to whom the
word of the mouth of the Lord may come that he may declare this, why the
land hath perished, and is burnt up like a wilderness, which none
passeth through?
12: Who is the wise man, that he may understand this? and he that has the word of the mouth of the Lord [addressed] to him, let him tell you wherefore the land has been destroyed, has been ravaged by fire like a desert, so that no one passes through it.
