19: If I speak of strength, lo, he is strong: and if of judgment,
who shall set me a time to plead?
19: If strength be demanded, he is most strong: if equity of judgment,
no man dare bear witness for me.
19: For indeed he is strong in power: who then shall resist his judgment?
