John Chapter 12, Verse 1

1: ο ουν ιησους προ εξ ημερων του πασχα ηλθεν εις βηθανιαν οπου ην λαζαρος ο τεθνηκως ον ηγειρεν εκ νεκρων
1: Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, which had been dead, whom he raised from the
dead.
1: Jesus therefore, six days before the pasch, came to Bethania,
where Lazarus had been dead, whom Jesus raised to life.
Then Jesus came to Bethany. This was near to Jerusalem, and it was from this place that he made his triumphant entry into the city. See "Mt 21:1" and following.
