John Chapter 13, Verse 30

30: λαβων ουν το ψωμιον εκεινος ευθεως εξηλθεν ην δε νυξ
30: He then having received the sop went immediately out: and it
was night.
30: He therefore, having received the morsel, went out immediately.
And it was night.
If was night. It was in the evening, or early part of the night. What is recorded in the following chapters took place in the same night.
