Judges Chapter 19, Verse 30

30: And it was so, that all that saw it said, There was no such
deed done nor seen from the day that the children of Israel
came up out of the land of Egypt unto this day: consider of
it, take advice, and speak your minds.
30: And when every one had seen this, they all cried out: There was
never such a thing done in Israel, from the day that our fathers came up
out of Egypt, until this day: give sentence, and decree in common what
ought to be done.
30: And it was so, that every one who saw it said, [Such a day] as this has not happened nor has been seen from the day of the going up of the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt until this day: take ye counsel concerning it, and speak.
