Leviticus Chapter 13, Verse 15

15: And the priest shall see the raw flesh, and pronounce him to
be unclean: for the raw flesh is unclean: it is a leprosy.
15: Then by the judgment of the priest he shall be defiled, and shall
be reckoned among the unclean. For live flesh, if it be spotted with
leprosy, is unclean.
15: And the priest shall look upon the sound flesh, and the sound flesh shall prove him to be unclean; for it is unclean, it is a leprosy.
