Leviticus Chapter 16, Verse 18

18: And he shall go out unto the altar that is before the LORD,
and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of
the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the
horns of the altar round about.
18: And when he is come out to the altar that is before the Lord, let
him pray for himself: and taking the blood of the calf, and of the buck
goat, let him pour it upon the horns thereof round about.
18: And he shall come forth to the altar that is before the Lord, and he shall make atonement upon it; and he shall take of the blood of the calf, and of the blood of the goat, and shall put it on the horns of the altar round about.
