Leviticus Chapter 19, Verse 20

20: And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid,
betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom
given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to
death, because she was not free.
20: If a man carnally lie with a woman that is a bondservant and
marriageable, and yet not redeemed with a price, nor made free: they
both shall be scourged: and they shall not be put to death, because she
was not a free woman.
20: And if any one lie carnally with a woman, and she should be a home-servant kept for a man, and she has not been ransomed, [and] her freedom has not been given to her, they shall be visited [with punishment]; but they shall not die, because she was not set at liberty.
