Leviticus Chapter 23, Verse 13

13: And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine
flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD
for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of
wine, the fourth part of an hin.
13: And the libations shall be offered with it: two tenths of flour
tempered with oil, for a burnt offering of the Lord, and a most sweet
odour. Libations also of wine, the fourth part of a hin.
13: And its meat-offering two tenth portions of fine flour mingled with oil: it is a sacrifice to the Lord, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord, and its drink-offering the fourth part of a hin of wine.
