Leviticus Chapter 27, Verse 20

20: And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the
field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
20: And if he will not redeem it, but it be sold to any other man, he
that vowed it, may not redeem it any more.
20: And if he do not redeem the field, but should sell the field to another man, he shall not after redeem it.
