Leviticus Chapter 7, Verse 29

29: Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth
the sacrifice of his peace offerings unto the LORD shall bring
his oblation unto the LORD of the sacrifice of his peace
offerings.
29: Speak to the children of Israel, saying: He that offereth a victim
of peace offerings to the Lord, let him offer therewith a sacrifice
also, that is, the libations thereof.
29: Thou shalt also speak to the children of Israel, saying, He that offers a sacrifice of peace-offering, shall bring his gift to the Lord also from the sacrifice of peace-offering.
