Locusts of Revelation

The Locust is used in a figurative way to describe God's people in Revelation Chapter 9 where they are led by their King Abaddon to torment the men not having the mark of God. The description of the locusts in the book of Revelation closely resembles that of Gods people given in the book of Joel (Joel 2:4ff), the letter to the Ephesians and the First Letter to the Corinthians.
