Luke Chapter 23, Verse 41

41: και ημεις μεν δικαιως αξια γαρ ων επραξαμεν απολαμβανομεν ουτος δε ουδεν ατοπον επραξεν
41: And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our
deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.

Due reward for our deeds. The proper punishment for our crimes. They
had been highwaymen, and it was just that they should die.
