Luke Chapter 7, Verse 4

4: οι δε παραγενομενοι προς τον ιησουν παρεκαλουν αυτον σπουδαιως λεγοντες οτι αξιος εστιν ω παρεξει τουτο
4: And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly,
saying, That he was worthy for whom he should do this:
4: And when they came to Jesus, they besought him earnestly, saying to
him: He is worthy that thou shouldest do this for him.
They besought him instantly. Urgently or earnestly.
He was worthy. The centurion. He had showed favour to the Jews, and it was not improper to show him a kindness.
