13: οι δε επι της πετρας οι οταν ακουσωσιν μετα χαρας δεχονται τον λογον και ουτοι ριζαν ουκ εχουσιν οι προς καιρον πιστευουσιν και εν καιρω πειρασμου αφιστανται
13: They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the
word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while
believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
13: Now they upon the rock are they who when they hear receive the
word with joy: and these have no roots: for they believe for a while and
in time of temptation they fall away.
