Mark Chapter 4, Verse 30

30: και ελεγεν τινι ομοιωσωμεν την βασιλειαν του θεου η εν ποια παραβολη παραβαλωμεν αυτην
30: And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or
with what comparison shall we compare it?
30: And he said: To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? or to what
parable shall we compare it?
Whereunto shall we liken, etc. This shows the great solicitude which Jesus had to adapt his instructions to the capacity of his disciples, he sought out the most plain and striking illustrations.
