1: και εγενετο οτε ετελεσεν ο ιησους διατασσων τοις δωδεκα μαθηταις αυτου μετεβη εκειθεν του διδασκειν και κηρυσσειν εν ταις πολεσιν αυτων
1: And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding
his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to
preach in their cities.

And it came to pass, etc. The directions to his apostles were given in the vicinity of Capernaum. He went from thence to preach in their cities; that is, in the cities in the vicinity of Capernaum, or in Galilee. He did not vet go into Judea.
