Numbers Chapter 14, Verse 34

34: After the number of the days in which ye searched the land,
even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your
iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of
promise.
34: According to the number of the forty days, wherein you viewed the
land: a year shall be counted for a day. And forty years you shall
receive your iniquities, and shall know my revenge:
34: According to the number of the days during which ye spied the land, forty days, a day for a year, ye shall bear your sins forty years, and ye shall know my fierce anger.
