Numbers Chapter 19, Verse 9

9: And a man that is clean shall gather up the ashes of the
heifer, and lay them up without the camp in a clean place, and
it shall be kept for the congregation of the children of
Israel for a water of separation: it is a purification for
sin.
9: And a man that is clean shall gather up the ashes of the cow, and
shall pour them forth without the camp in a most clean place, that they
may be reserved for the multitude of the children of Israel, and for a
water of aspersion: because the cow was burnt for sin.
9: And a clean man shall gather up the ashes of the heifer, and lay them up in a clean place outside the camp; and they shall be for the congregation of the children of Israel to keep: it is the water of sprinkling, a purification.
