Numbers Chapter 30, Verse 5

5: But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not
any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her
soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her
father disallowed her.
5: Whatsoever she promised and swore, she shall fulfil in deed.
5: But if her father straitly forbid [her] in the day in which he shall hear all her vows and her obligations, which she has contracted upon her soul, they shall not stand; and the Lord shall hold her guiltless, because her father forbade her.
