Numbers Chapter 30, Verse 6

6: And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered
ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
6: But if her father, immediately as soon as he heard it, gainsaid
it, both her vows and her oaths shall be void, neither shall she be
bound to what she promised, because her father hath gainsaid it.
6: But if she should be indeed married, and her vows be upon her according to the utterance of her lips, in respect of [the obligations] which she has contracted upon her soul;
