Numbers Chapter 35, Verse 16

16: And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he
die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to
death.
16: If any man strike with iron, and he die that was struck: he shall
be guilty of murder, and he himself shall die.
16: And if he should smite him with an iron instrument, and the man should die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death.
