Numbers Chapter 35, Verse 18

18: Or if he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he
may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall
surely be put to death.
18: If he that is struck with wood die: he shall be revenged by the
blood of him that struck him.
18: And if he should smite him with an instrument of wood from his hand, whereby he may die, and he [thus] die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death.
