Numbers Chapter 35, Verse 30

30: Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death
by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify
against any person to cause him to die.
30: The murderer shall be punished by witnesses: none shall be
condemned upon the evidence of one man.
30: Whoever kills a man, thou shalt slay the murderer on the testimony of witnesses; and one witness shall not testify against a soul that he should die.
