Numbers Chapter 5, Verse 8

8: But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass
unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the LORD, even to
the priest; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an
atonement shall be made for him.
8: But if there be no one to receive it, they shall give it to the
Lord, and it shall be the priest's, besides the ram that is offered for
expiation, to be an atoning sacrifice.
8: But if a man have no near kinsman, so as to make satisfaction for his trespass to him, the trespass-offering paid to the Lord shall be for the priest, besides the ram of atonement, by which he shall make atonement with it for him.
