13: In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found:
but a rod is for the back of him that is void of
understanding.
13: In the lips of the wise is wisdom found: and a rod on the back of
him that wanteth sense.
13: He that brings forth wisdom from his lips smites the fool with a rod.
