7: There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is
that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches.
7: One is as it were rich, when he hath nothing and another is as it
were poor, when he hath great riches.
7: There are [some] who, having nothing, enrich themselves: and there are [some] who bring themselves down in [the midst of] much wealth.
