20: Seest thou a man that is hasty in his words? there is more
hope of a fool than of him.
20: Hast thou seen a man hasty to speak? folly is rather to be looked
for, than his amendment.
20: If thou see a man hasty in [his] words, know that the fool has hope rather than he.
