9: If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage
or laugh, there is no rest.
9: If a wise man contend with a fool, whether he be angry, or laugh,
he shall find no rest.
9: A wise man shall judge nations: but a worthless man being angry laughs and fears not.
