1: πασα ψυχη εξουσιαις υπερεχουσαις υποτασσεσθω ου γαρ εστιν εξουσια ει μη απο θεου αι δε ουσαι εξουσιαι υπο του θεου τεταγμεναι εισιν
1: Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is
no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

but from God: and those that are ordained of God.
